Introduction
Throughout the centuries women have been represented in art predominantly through the male gaze, or from a mans point of view. The Sapphosophy Archive and the Lesbian Kama Sutra hopes to show another perspective, the female gaze, or the womens point of view, by publishing lesbian comment and imagery, we hope to address the imbalance in lesbian documentation.
