The Seven Chakras, the psycho-energetic centers of the body

In the body exist many kinds of channels, which are very extensive.
The sage must understand them in order to understand his/her own body.
Running transversely up and down, they all exist in the body joined together
like a wheel, dependant on the life force and linked to the breath of the body.

Poem

Self Love
If you have not explored your body you will not be able to explore the soul. The methodology of exploration is the same, but begin with the body because the body is the visible part of your soul. Start with the visible and then slowly move toward the invisible. Start with the known and then move toward the unknown. Start from the periphery and then go deeper toward the centre.

Shiva sutra
Feel the fine qualities of sensuality permeating your breasts and assuming delicate configurations.

Breast Meditation

This meditation can be practised alone or with a friend or lover.
To be uninhibited you should be topless or naked.

Step 1.
5 Minutes.
Sit comfortably on the floor with cushions if necessary in a warm room. Concentrate on becoming calm. Breathe slowly and deeply into your stomach. Let the air out with a reverberating sigh into your throat and chest. Feel your breasts rise and fall with every breath intake. Imagine your nipples tingling as you breath in as though they were filling with air!

Step 2.
5 minutes
Touch your breasts using slow gentle movements with your palms. Caress your nipples with your finger tips. Cup your breasts in your hands and massage them. Stroke the whole area of your breasts. Continue to enjoy your breasts until you feel that they at the centre of your experience. Continue to breath slowly and deeply. Watch your own cinema by watching your thoughts drift past. Stop touching your breasts and drift with your feelings.

Step3.

5Minutes Concentrate on your breasts, become one with them, relax and melt into them, try to forget about the rest of your body and feel that you are only your breasts, concentrate on both breasts simultaneously, fall into them and cast out any negative feelings that you may have about them. Concentrate on your nipples until they start to tingle!

Step 4.
If you are with a lover you can start the exercise again from step 1.
At step 2 you can sit opposite each other and touch each others breasts.
At step 3 you can separate again and meditate on your feelings.

Breast orgasm

A breast orgasm is a female orgasm that is created from the stimulation of a woman's breast. Not all women experience this effect when the breasts are stimulated, however many women claim that the stimulation of the breast area during sex., or just the simple act of having their breasts fondled, has created mild to intense orgasms.

According to one study that questioned 213 women, 29% of them experienced a breast orgasm at one time or another, while another states says that only 1% of all women experience breast orgasms. This seems to vary for different women.

An orgasm is believed to occur in part because of the hormone oxytocin, which is produced in the body during sexual excitement and arousal with the primarary purpose to encourage the ejection of milk from the nipples. It has also been scientifically proven that oxytocin is produced when a woman's nipples are stimulated and become erect.

Oxytocin is also involved in contractions of the uterus both during childbirth and during orgasm, it is what causes the feelings of relaxation and satisfaction that follows after we orgasm.

Know your breasts.

A woman's relationship with her breasts also has an influence on their perceived sensitivity. If she likes her breasts and has a positive relationship with them she is more open to the physical sensations they produce. Think about the enormity of your breast anatomy while doing this meditation, your breasts are not simply tits!

Your breasts or mammary glands consist of milk ducts; the nipple; the areola, or darker area of skin surrounding the nipple; and the lymph nodes, fifteen to twenty lobes or subdivisions that are arranged like the petals of a daisy, these surround the nipple. Some women have more sensory nerve endings located in their nipples and breasts than others.

The breast is in the tear-drop-shaped form. The tissue of the breast, however, goes beyond this area of the body. Breast tissue, which includes the lymph nodes, goes both as high as the collarbone and goes below the breast form. It extends both to the breastbone and into the armpit.

How to perform a medical breast self-examination. (BSE)

Breast self-examination is an easy but unreliable method for finding possible breast cancer. If performed appropriately and regularly breast self-examination may help in early detection of some types of breast cancers, although it should not substitute for screening methods (such as mammography) that have been proven to be effective. The method involves trying to feel breasts for possible distortions or swelling.

The steps involved in self exam are:

Stand in front of a mirror with top exposed.
Place hands on hips.
Look for signs of dimpling, swelling, soreness or redness in all parts of your breasts in the mirror.
Repeat with arms raised above your head.
While still standing, palpate your breasts with your fingers, feeling for lumps. Try to use a larger area of your fingers rather than prodding. Feel both for the area just beneath the skin and for the tissue deeper within.
Go over the entire breast while examining - a useful method is to divide the breast into quadrants and go through each quadrant carefully. Also examine the "axillary tail" of each breast that points towards the axilla (armpit).
Repeat palpation while lying down.
Check the nipples and the area just beneath them. Gently squeeze each nipple to check for any discharge.
